What time should I arrive for my treatment?

We recommend you arrive up to 15 minutes in advance of your treatment to allow sufficient time to complete a consultation form.

Late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

A 100% charge will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.

 

Are the products you use available to purchase?


Absolutely, you can continue your spa experience at home. Everything we use during your treatment is available to purchase at the spa reception. You can see the products we use on our Treatment pages.

 

Do I need to book in advance?


Although walk-ins are always welcome, to ensure your preferred time and service is available we recommend to book in advance.

 

I lost something whilst at the Spa, who do I contact?


All lost property found on the premises should be handed in at reception. You can call on 01223 221117 to see if your item has been handed in. Items are stored for four months and if they are not collected within this time they are donated to local charities.

 

What is your children’s policy?


Treatments for children under 16 years old are available on request, however they must be accompanied by an adult for the whole duration apart from manicures and pedicures (depending on their age).

 

What if I have a health condition?


Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your choice of treatment when making your spa reservation.

 

Do you have lost property?


All lost property found on the premises should be handed in at reception. Items will be stored for four months, if they are not collected in this time they will be donated to local charities.

 

I’m pregnant, can I still book a treatment?


Absolutely! We have specially designed treatments for expectant women or nursing mothers. Please allow our spa team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable during this special time.
