Our Green Policy

In association with the Green Tourism Business Scheme, sustainability and green issues are now very much mainstream, with governments, businesses and individuals all involved. Tourism, as one of the main economic drivers in the UK, has its part to play. That is where the Green Tourism Business Scheme (GTBS) comes in. We are proud to have been awarded a Silver award in Green Tourism.

Very friendly staff, extremely helpful and welcoming. A clean and well presented room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. You would struggle to find anywhere this close to the centre of Cambridge with these standards and in this price range. We only stopped one night but would definitely return if the opportunity arose

I really enjoyed staying here whilst in Cambridge for a meeting. The first floor room I stayed in was at the back of the hotel and very comfortable and quiet. I had a great cooked breakfast and all of the staff were very friendly.

We hired the Brasserie for our charity event last Monday when 68 people attended. We enjoyed the delicious, succulent pork loin with its crispy crackling., and the delicate brandy-snap baskets for the pudding. Service was efficient and the staff cheerful and most helpful. It was an excellent luncheon and we would certainly recommend it for functions!
