This evening promises to be a fine dining experience for all foodies to enjoy. Our team will be showcasing the latest creations from our kitchen offering you the opportunity to experience fine dining in a relaxed setting.
Indulge in 7 courses specially created by our Head Chef, Jamie De Cruz whilst overlooking the beautiful Parker’s Piece in our ambient Terrace Restaurant. Our friendly waiting staff will be on hand to make your evening perfect.

Poached white asparagus, slow cooked duck egg rolled in leek ash, truffle hollandaise and chives
Pan roasted turbot and scallop, braised spring onions coated in chicken crumb, sea vegetables, watercress and a chicken and crème fraîche sauce
Slow cooked pork belly with wild garlic leaves, flowers and green asparagus
Chocolate and peanut delice with a caramelised banana ice cream, peanut sable, cocoa nib puree and banana tuille
