Following the completion of a new bar and glass restaurant extension in 2016, the Gonville Hotel welcomed Master Chef Hans Schewitzer and his renowned Cotto restaurant to the Hotel.
Cotto’s three-course menu includes stunning appetizers and entrees along with Chef Hans world-famous piano dessert and “Hans-made” chocolates

The Atrium bar offers a wide range of products including locally produced gins through to mouthwatering cocktails, all of which can be enjoyed whilst soaking up the cool vibe from the bar soundtrack or enjoying the free live jazz performances every Friday and Saturday.
