We understand how difficult it must be waiting to hear when we will be open once again and if your Gonville stay can go ahead. We want to assure you that we are working hard in the background and taking advice and direction from not only the government but leading industry specialists as well.
Here are some of the steps we have taken in preparation for re-opening;
We have been working hard to further improve our Gonville app. We have made changes that allow you to check in and out, view and pay your bill, order from the restaurant and more, all via the app. This helps you maintain safe distances, minimises your contact with staff and gives you complete control of your stay from your smart phone, tablet or via the in-room iPad.
Our new deep cleaning regimes and electrostatic guns will give you peace of mind that your room is SAFE and CLEAN.
We have installed thermal imaging cameras in the hotel which can take the temperature of staff and guests alike offering peace of mind to everyone staying with us.
Our new automated restroom doors now mean that once you have used our beautiful automatic sinks and treated yourself to our organic Green & Spring products, you can exit the restrooms knowing that you don’t have to touch a single surface.
Whilst our doors remain closed for now, we want to reassure you that we are working around the clock to prepare for re-opening. We hope the measures outlined here offer all our guests some reassurance that your safety and comfort remains our top priority at Gonville Hotel.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank the team here at the hotel for their tireless efforts over this last few weeks and also to you our Gonville guests and suppliers for your continued support and love. It’s been overwhelming and we have appreciated every booking and every like, share and comment on social media.
