It is with sincere sadness that following the Prime Minister’s address to the nation regarding COVID-19, we have temporarily closed the Gonville Hotel doors. We are currently not accepting any new bookings before 30th June 2020
It goes without saying that this is an extremely difficult and uncertain time for everyone. While we are closing our doors for now, we want to reassure you that we are working hard to ensure there is minimal disruption to you all.
We are prioritising existing reservations with us up to and including 30th June. Please get in touch with us on email@example.com if you have an existing booking to rearrange for brighter times.
We are hopeful that this three week period will be all we need to then reopen and gracefully welcome you to the hotel with open arms and provide you with your unforgettable experience here in the heart of Cambridge.
Can we please ask you to refrain from calling the hotel at this time unless absolutely essential as our team will be working to tirelessly to assist with the administrative tasks we now have set to undertake.
While these are sad times, we would like to take this opportunity to thank the team here at the hotel for their tireless efforts over this last few weeks and also to you our Gonville guests and suppliers for your continued support and love. It’s been overwhelming and we have appreciated every booking and every like, share and comment on social media.
While our doors for now will be closed to put the health and well-being of everyone first, we will be working behind the scenes on some exciting Gracious Hospitality packages and offers to bring you when we reopen.
