When it comes to weddings and celebrations BEST WESTERN PLUS The Gonville Hotel offers the perfect match of a stunning Cambridge setting and the convenience of a central location with parking. The hotel overlooks the open park land of Parker's Piece and has its own beautiful gardens for photos and pre-reception drinks. We can cater for weddings and other celebrations for up to 50 guests, with packages covering all budgets, ranging from light buffets to three course gourmet meals and even summer barbecues. For weddings everything from the formal arrangements to not so formal can be organised with the help of the hotel's own in-house wedding co-ordinator and our friendly and experienced staff will ensure everything goes perfectly on the day itself. Guests can also stay in one of the hotel's 84 en-suite rooms.

• Reception drinks (Two drinks for your guests on arrival, choosing from Bucks Fizz, Pimm's, Sherry or White Wine cooler)
• Three Course Menu of your choice
• Wine to accompany your meal (two glasses of our carefully selected House Wine)
• Wine for the toast (A glass of sparkling House Wine per person for those all important speeches, with Champagne available at a supplement)
• We can print your menus with the heading of your choice
• Place cards (we can supply these for you to complete)
• We have a cake stand and knife that can be provided if required (Round or Square cake stand)
• Flowers (A china vase with a single flower will be provided on each table as we feel necessary. When a top table is used, a floral arrangement, colours to suit your theme will be supplied)
• Accommodation – a special rate can be arranged for your guests for up to 10 rooms with a complimentary double room ensuite with Full English breakfast for the Bride and Groom, or alternatively a changing room for the day.
