5* Everything 2 night stay & wedding reception

Staff are friendly and professional - nothing too much trouble - all of them are a real credit to the hotel. Meals were first class - quality ingredients - well cooked and presented. Room was modern, clean, excellent bed. Quality wet room. Quiet location. Appreciated the many extra touches e.g the bottled water and the different teas available. Would confidently recommend.

Certainly best choice in town

Stayed here with a group for three nights and everyone was very pleased. The perfect location, quiet and close to centre, the spacious rooms with comfortable beds and relaxing shower, the cleanliness all over, the extended choice for breakfast and the quality of dinner, the private and secure parking and last but not least, the most friendly staff!

Very comfortable and excellent service

Had a one night stay to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary. The room was very spacious, the bed extremely comfortable and the facilities excellent. The location was very convenient, being only a ten minute walk from the city centre, and overlooking a large common (Parker's Piece). What most impressed me was the staff. Not only were they polite and helpful; they were also proactive in asking whether you needed help. We were made to feel like welcome and valued guests.
The whole experience was a delight and I would happily recommend this hotel.

Disabled Guest

We only stayed for one night as we live quite local but we had a lovely stay. Plenty of disabled parking which is a must in Cambridge so its easy then to get into town. So many other hotels either have no parking or charge. Lovely big room with a wet room. Room 11 is located on the ground floor in a quite area tucked away. Close to resteraunt. Really lovely breakfast plenty of choice and as much as you want. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nothing too much trouble.

One night stay

Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast (if not included in your tariff request it the day before and it's a lot better priced) with wide choice of cooked to order food, meats, cheeses, breads, croissants, toast made as you need it, cereals etc. Standard room was spacious and clean. No view but quiet. Great location within easy walking distance of city centre (10 mins) and lots of free parking. We accidentally left our camera in the room safe. Promptly posted back to us the next day by special delivery for £10.
